DriveLogger 隐私说明（摘要）

1. 我们收集的信息
- 账号信息：你注册/登录时提供的电子邮箱、昵称（可选）、密码（仅以加密形式存储）。
- 行车与分析相关数据：在你主动开启「云端分析」并触发上传时，我们可能处理你选择的行程片段对应的视频、传感器文件、端侧生成的片段元数据等，用于提供云端驾驶行为分析服务。
- 位置信息的重要说明：上传至云端用于分析的传感器文件不包含 GPS 经纬度等精确位置字段；用于地图展示、里程估算等功能的轨迹与定位相关数据主要保存在你的设备本地，除非你另行选择分享。
- 设备与日志：为保障服务安全与故障排查，服务器可能记录与你的请求相关的必要技术信息（如请求时间、错误码；一般不用于识别个人偏好画像）。
云端分析与脱敏处理（重要）
- 视频脱敏：在调用第三方大模型进行图像理解前，服务端会对上传的视频做人脸与机动车号牌等敏感区域的模糊（马赛克）处理，并基于处理后的内容抽取帧用于分析，以降低识别画面中个人或车牌信息的风险。
- 模型用途：我们选用的大模型服务提供商在其公示的服务协议与隐私政策中，对调用内容的存储与是否用于模型改进、训练等有专门约定；除法律法规另有规定或你另行单独同意外，服务商不会对本次调用内容用于模型训练，具体条款请以服务商最新公示为准。
- 云端分项：依赖端侧短片；未跑端侧则场景等可能不全。
- 说明：任何自动脱敏技术均可能存在漏检或误判；请你避免在画面中故意摄入不必要的敏感信息。
2. 我们如何使用信息
仅用于提供、维护与改进 DriveLogger 相关功能（含云端分析）、履行法定义务、响应你的请求。
3. 存储与安全
我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护数据安全；不存在绝对安全，请你妥善保管账号与终端设备。
4. 共享与第三方
除法律法规要求、经你授权或为实现功能所必需的受托处理（如邮件发送、视频脱敏后的帧图与传感器摘要的多模态模型推理等云服务供应商）外，我们不会向第三方出售你的个人信息；受托方须按约定处理并在约定范围内承担责任。模型服务商仅能接收到完成分析所必要的数据（例如脱敏后的图像帧与不含精确位置的传感器统计摘要），无法据此获知你在本地地图功能中的完整轨迹。
5. 你的权利
你可通过 App 内提供的功能访问、更正部分账号信息；可申请注销账号。注销成功后，我们将删除或匿名化与该账号关联的云端数据，法律法规要求保留的除外。
6. 未成年人
若你为未成年人，请在监护人同意与指导下使用本服务。
7. 变更
我们可能适时更新本说明；重大变更将通过 App 内提示或其他合理方式告知。

DriveLogger Privacy Summary

1. Information We Collect
- Account: email, optional nickname, and password (stored in encrypted form) when you register or sign in.
- Driving & analysis data: when you enable Cloud Analysis and upload, we may process selected trip clips (video, sensor files, on-device clip metadata) to provide cloud driving-behavior analysis.
- Location: sensor files uploaded for cloud analysis do not include precise GPS coordinates; map and mileage data stay primarily on your device unless you share them separately.
- Device & logs: we may log limited technical data (e.g. request time, error codes) for security and troubleshooting; not used to build a personal preference profile.
Cloud Analysis & De-identification (Important)
- Video masking: before third-party vision models, the server blurs faces and license plates and uses masked frames for analysis.
- Model providers: publish terms on storage and whether content is used for training; unless required by law or you consent separately, providers should not use this call for model training—see their latest policies.
- Cloud segments: depend on on-device clips; if edge analysis was not run, some scene fields may be incomplete.
- Note: automatic masking may miss or mis-detect; avoid capturing unnecessary sensitive content on purpose.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information only to provide, maintain, and improve DriveLogger (including cloud analysis), meet legal obligations, and respond to your requests.
3. Storage & Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards; no system is perfectly secure—protect your account and device.
4. Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may use processors (e.g. email, cloud vision after masking) as needed; they must follow agreements. Model vendors only receive data necessary for analysis (e.g. masked frames and sensor summaries without precise location) and cannot infer your full local map trajectory.
5. Your Rights
You can access and correct some account data in the app and request account deletion. After deletion, we delete or anonymize associated cloud data except where law requires retention.
6. Minors
If you are a minor, use this service only with guardian consent and guidance.
7. Changes
We may update this summary; material changes will be communicated in the app or by other reasonable means.
